Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Maternity Pay (Compensation of Employers) Amendment Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 6th April 1994.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

In regulation 3 of the Statutory Maternity Pay (Compensation of Employers) Regulations 1987 (determination of the amount an employer shall be entitled to under the Regulations)—

(a) for the date “6th April 1991” there shall be substituted the date “6th April 1994”;

(b) for the figure “4.5 per cent.” there shall be substituted the figure “4 per cent.”.
