The Crown Office Fees Order 1994

Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Crown Office Fees Order 1994 and shall come into force on 28th March 1994.

Section 2

The following fees shall be taken in the Office of the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery—

(1) Letters Patent under the Great Seal—

(2) Writ of Summons on the Determination of an abeyance of a Barony

Section 3

The Crown Office Fees Order 1990 is hereby revoked.
