Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the London Regional Transport (Penalty Fares) Act 1992 (Activating No. 1) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 3rd April 1994.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the London Regional Transport (Penalty Fares) Act 1992.

Section 2Activation of penalty fares provisions

Sections 5 to 9 of the Act shall have effect, as from the date of coming into force of this Order, with respect to all train services provided by London Underground Limited (a subsidiary of London Regional Transport) including to and from stations owned by another person.
