Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 1994, and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2
For regulation 4(3) of the Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) Regulations 1994 , there shall be substituted the following:
(3) For the purpose of paragraph (2), a "relevant company" is such a company as is mentioned in section 710B(1)(b), other than a public company whose shares or debentures, or any class of whose shares or denentures, are listed within the meaning of section 251(1). .
