Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1994 and shall come into force—

(a) for the purposes of article 3 of this Order, on 24th March 1994;

(b) for all other purposes, on 1st April 1994.

Section 2 Dissolution of NHS trust

The Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

Section 3 Revocation

The Mid Essex Community Health National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1993 is hereby revoked.
