Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Southwark) (Amendment) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 30th January 1994.

Section 2Amendment of 1993 Order
(1) The Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Southwark) Order 1993 shall be amended as follows.
(2) At the end of article 1 there shall be inserted “so far as it relates to the London borough of Richmond upon Thames and on 5th April 1994 so far as it relates to the London borough of Southwark”.
(3) In article 3(1)(b) the words “and to the areas” onwards shall be omitted.
(4) Part II of Schedule 2 shall be omitted.
