Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dacorum and St Albans Community National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Dacorum and St Albans Community National Health Service Trust established by the Dacorum and St Albans Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
