Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Telecommunication System Designation (Encom Cable TV & Telecommunications Limited) (Epping Forest) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 25th April 1994.

Section 2

Each of the Applicable Cabled Systems is hereby designated as a public telecommunication system.
