Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Nuclear Installations (Increase of Operators' Limits of Liability) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.

Section 2
In section 16(1) of the Nuclear Installations Act 1965 (limitation of operator’s liability in respect of any occurrence), for the words “£20 million” and “£5 million” there shall be substituted the words “£140 million” and “£10 million” respectively.
