Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 28th April 1994.

(2) In this Order—

“the Authority” means the Berkshire Health Authority;

“the Trust” means the East Berkshire National Health Service Trust for People with Learning Disabilities;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 25th November 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 28th April 1994 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.
