Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties in Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995, and shall come into force on 1st May 1995.

Section 2

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 6) Order 1994 is revoked.

Section 3

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 1993 is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting therefor the following—

CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25TH OCTOBER 1980
