Section 1

This Order may be cited as the A61 Trunk Road (Tankersley Roundabout, Birdwell to Old County Borough Boundary, Barnsley) (Detrunking) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 5th May 1995.

Section 2

In this Order:

(i) “the plan”

(ii) “principal road”

(iii) “the trunk road”

Section 3

The length of the trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a principal road from the date on which this Order comes into force.
