Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the London Regional Transport (Penalty Fares) Act 1992 (Activating No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 30th April 1995.

Section 2Activation of penalty fare provisions

Sections 4 and 6 to 9 of the London Regional Transport (Penalty Fares) Act 1992 shall have effect, as from 30th April 1995, with respect to any bus service to which that Act applies by virtue of section 3(1) thereof.
