Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for the Royal Free Hospital (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 17th May 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Camden and Islington Health Authority;
“the special trustees” means the special trustees for the Royal Free Hospital;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the special trustees on 16thSeptember 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the special trustees.
