Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Camden and Islington Community Health Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 17th May 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the Camden and Islington Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Camden and Islington Community Health Services National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust pro-perty prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on2nd September 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
