Section 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the North Yorkshire Health Authority (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 17th May 1995.

(2) In this Order—

“the first Authority” means the Bradford Health Authority;

“the second Authority” means the North Yorkshire Health Authority;

“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Authority and the second Authority on 1stAugust 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Authority and the second Authority.

Section 2 Transfer of trust property

On 17th May 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Authority to the second Authority.
