Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Social Security (Recoupment) (Prolongation of Period for Furnishing of Certificate of Total Benefit) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 27th April 1995.

Section 2Prolongation of Period for Furnishing of Certificate of Total Benefit for the Purposes of Determining whether Liability has Ceased to be Enforceable
No liability of a compensator under section 82 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 shall become unenforceable by virtue of section 96(1)(c) of that Act during a period of three months commencing on the date this Order comes into force.
