Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 29th May 1995.

The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations 1995
Section 2
(1) The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Large Goods and Passenger-Carrying Vehicles) Regulations 1990 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 21(1), for “five clear days” there shall be substituted “ten clear days”.
Section 3
Regulation 2 shall not apply where notice cancelling an appointment for a test is given on or before 28th May 1995 whether or not such notice expires after that date.
