Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Bingo) Act (Variation of Monetary Limit) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st March 1995.

Section 2

The Gaming (Bingo) Act (Variation of Monetary Limit) Order 1992 is hereby revoked.

Section 3

The sum of £250,000 is hereby specified as the maximum amount to be paid as a prize in respect of a game of multiple bingo.
