Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Fees and Awards) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st June 1995.

Section 2

Regulation 4 of The Education (Fees and Awards) Regulations 1994 is amended—

(a) in paragraphs (1) and (2) by omitting the words “full-time or sandwich” in both places where they occur, and

(b) in paragraph (3) by omitting the definitions of “full-time course” and “sandwich course”.

Section 3

The above amendments shall not apply as respects the charging of relevant fees in respect of students attending a course which begins before 1st September 1995.
