Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Mancunian Community Health National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 6th June 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the first Trust” means the Central Manchester Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Mancunian Community Health National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on6th March 1995, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Trust and the second Trust.
