Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Darlington Memorial Hospital National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 8th June 1995.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the South Durham Health Authority;
“the Trust” means the Darlington Memorial Hospital National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 13th December 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
