Section 1

These Rules may be cited as the Local Review Committee (Scotland) Revocation Rules 1995 and shall come into force on 1st June 1995.

Section 2

Rule 8 of the Local Review Committee (Scotland) Rules 1967 is hereby revoked.

Section 3

The Local Review Committee (Scotland) Rules 1967 and the Rules specified in the Schedule to these Rules are revoked with effect from 1st September 1995.
