(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Government Reorganisation (Wales) (Special Grant) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 26th January 1995.
(2) In this Order, “new principal council” means a new principal council established under section 3 of, and Schedule 3 to, the Local Government (Wales) Act 1994.
The provisions of section 88B of the Local Government Finance Act 1988 shall apply to each new principal council as if it were a relevant authority within the meaning of that section.
