Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority (Borrowing Powers) Order 1995 and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2

The sum of £550 million is hereby specified for the purposes of section 10(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1982, as the aggregate amount in respect of money borrowed and initial debt which shall not be exceeded.
