Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (International Road Haulage Permits) (Revocation) Regulations 1995, and shall come into force on 12th June 1995.

Section 2Revocation

The Goods Vehicles (International Road Haulage Permits) Regulations 1975 are hereby revoked.

Section 3Revocation

Regulation 13 of the Goods Vehicles (Community Authorisations) Regulations 1992 is hereby revoked.
