Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force forthwith.

Section 2

(1) The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 shall be amended as follows.

(2) Article 7 shall be omitted.

(3) In article 8—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (1), for “544 to 571” there shall be substituted “551 to 571”;

(b) sub-paragraph (c) of the said paragraph shall be omitted;

(c) for sub-paragraphs (f) and (g) of the said paragraph there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraphs—

(f) The Merchant Shipping (Navigational Warnings) Regulations 1980 ;

(g) The Merchant Shipping (Signals of Distress) Rules 1992 ;

(d) paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
