Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Durham County Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 26th May 1995.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the Durham County Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 for “5 non-executive” there shall be substituted “4 non-executive” and for “5 executive” there shall be substituted “4 executive”.
