Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Fair Trading Act (Amendment) (Newspaper mergers) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 13th June 1995.

Section 2

In section 58(4) of the Fair Trading Act 1973, for “25,000” there shall be substituted “50,000”.
