Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Vehicle Excise Duty (Designation of Small Islands) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st July 1995.

Section 2
The islands listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated as small islands for the purposes of paragraph 18 (meaning of island goods vehicle) of Schedule 1 to the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994.
