The Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 (Commencement No. 3) Order 1995
The provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 specified in article 3 below shall come into force on 1st July 1995.
The provisions referred to in article 2 above are—
(a) section 13(1) and Schedule 5 (striking off of non-trading private companies registered in Great Britain);
(b) section 13(2) and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 6 (striking off of non-trading private companies registered in Northern Ireland), insofar as is necessary to enable regulations to be made under Articles 603B(6)(f) and 603C(2)(f) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 ;
(c) section 39 (Chapter II : consequential amendments) so far as relating to section 2(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986 ; and
(d) in Schedule 11 (miscellaneous deregulatory provisions: consequential amendments), paragraph 6.
Insofar as they are not yet in force, the provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 specified in article 5 below shall come into force on 1st November 1995.
The provisions referred to in article 4 above are—
(a) section 13(2) and Schedule 6;
(b) section 39 so far as relating to Article 5(1) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 ; and
(c) in Schedule 11, paragraph 10.
