These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions for Dependants of the Prime Minister or Speaker (Designated Provisions) Regulations 1995.

Section 2Designated provisions
Regulation K1 (in so far as it applies regulations K2 and K3) and regulations K2 and K3 of the Parliamentary Pensions (Consolidation and Amendment) Regulations 1993 are designated for the purposes of section 27 of the Parliamentary and other Pensions Act 1972.
Section 3Revocation
The Pensions for Dependants of the Prime Minister or Speaker (Designated Provisions) Regulations 1992 are hereby revoked.
