Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 6th July 1995.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order
In Article 3(2)(a) of the Calderdale Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 for the words “Royal Halifax Infirmary, Free School Lane, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 2YP.” there shall be substituted the words “Halifax General Hospital, Salterhebble, Halifax HX3 OPW and associated hospitals;”.
