Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Police (Discipline) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 10th July 1995.

The Police (Discipline) (Amendment) Regulations 1995
Section 2
For regulation 16(2)(b) of the Police (Discipline) Regulations 1985 there shall be substituted—
(b) in any other police force, to the Assistant Chief Constable designated under section 6(4) of the Police Act 1964 , and such officer may hear the charges regardless of whether the circumstances set out in paragraph (a) or (b) of section 6(4) apply.
