Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) (No. 3) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st July 1995.

The Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) (No. 3) Regulations 1995
Section 2
Forms 12CYM, 30(5)(a)CYM, 30(5)(b)CYM and 30(5)(c)CYM in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, are forms prescribed for the purposes of sections 12 and 30(5)(a), 30(5)(b) and 30(5)(c) respectively of the Companies Act 1985.
Section 3
Form 12CYM in the Schedule to the Companies (Welsh Language Forms and Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 shall be revoked with effect from 1st July 1995.
