Section 1 Citation and commencment

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Disqualification Orders) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st July 1995.

Section 2 Application

These Regulations amend the Companies (Disqualification Orders) Regulations 1986 and shall apply in relation to a disqualification order made after the coming into force of these Regulations and to a grant of leave, or any action taken by a court in consequence of which a disqualification order is varied or ceases to be in force, made or taken after that date, in relation to a disqualification order made before, on or after that date.

Section 3 Amendment of the Companies (Disqualification Orders) Regulations 1986

The Schedules numbered 1 to 4 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations shall be substituted for Schedules 1 to 4 respectively to the Companies (Disqualification Orders) Regulations 1986.
