Section 1

This order may be cited as the Offshore Installations (Safety Zones) (No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 21st June 1995.

Section 2

A safety zone is hereby established around the installation known as Brent Spar from such time as it may arrive at a station at 59° 06' 00" N latitude and 10° 59' 00" W longitude according to European Datum (1950).

Section 3

The safety zone established by article 2 shall have a radius of 500 metres from the point which has the co-ordinates specified in article 2.
