Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid Advisory Committee (Dissolution) Order 1995 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2

The advisory committee in existence under section 35(1) of the Legal Aid Act 1988 shall be dissolved.
