Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 2nd October 1995.

The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1995
Section 2
In Schedule 1 to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 (“the 1991 Order ”), under the heading “ Wales and Chester Circuit ”, after “Newport (Gwent) County Court” there shall be inserted “Pontypridd County Court”.
Section 3
In column (ii) of Schedule 2 to the 1991 Order, for “Merthyr Tydfil County Court” wherever it appears, there shall be substituted “Pontypridd County Court”.
