Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Gaming (Small Charges) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st August 1995.
(2) This Order does not extend to Scotland.

The Gaming (Small Charges) (Amendment) Order 1995
Section 2
Article 2(a) of the Gaming (Small Charges) Order 1992 shall be amended by substituting for the words “the sum of £6” the words “the sum of £15”.
