Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st August 1995.

Section 2

The City Technology Colleges Trust Limited, a company limited by guarantee, is hereby designated as an institution eligible for funding under Part I of the Education Act 1994.

Section 3

References in Part I of the Education Act 1994 to the governing body of an institution shall, in relation to the City Technology Colleges Trust Limited, be read as references to that company.
