Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1995 and shall come into force on 15th July 1995.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1995 for “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “5 non-executive” and for “4 executive” there shall be substituted “5 executive”.
