Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 3rd August 1995.

The International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs (Amendment) Regulations 1995
Section 2
In Part III of the Schedule to the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs Regulations 1985 —
(a) for the amounts “£55”, “£160” and “£40” there shall be substituted the amounts “£80”, “£240” and “£80” respectively; and
(b) in paragraph 2(a) for the word “four” there shall be substituted the word “three” and the words “, for each unit” shall be deleted.
