Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Foreign Companies (Execution of Documents) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st August 1995.

Section 2 Interpretation

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations ” means the Foreign Companies (Execution of Documents) Regulations 1994 .

Section 3 Amendment of regulations 2 and 3 of the principal Regulations

Regulation 2 of the principal Regulations shall be amended as follows—

(a) for the words “Sections 36 to 36C” there shall be substituted the words “Sections 36, 36A, 36B and 36C”;

(b) for the words “regulations 3 to 6 below” there shall be substituted the words “regulations 3 to 5 below.”.

Section 4 Amendment of regulations 2 and 3 of the principal Regulations

In regulation 3 of the principal Regulations for the words “sections 36 to 36C” there shall be substituted the words “sections 36, 36A, 36B and 36C”.

Section 5 Revocation of regulation 6 of the principal Regulations

Regulation 6 is hereby revoked.
