Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) (Amendment) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st March 1995.

Section 2

(1) The Public Service Vehicles (Conduct of Drivers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) Regulations 1990 shall be amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 6(1), for sub-paragraph (g) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

(g) speak to the driver whilst the vehicle is in motion except—

(i) in an emergency;

(ii) for reasons of safety; or

(iii) to give directions as to the stopping of the vehicle;.
