Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 (Codes of Practice) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

Section 2
The revised code of practice laid in draft before Parliament on 12th July 1995 in connection with the exercise by authorised investigators of the powers conferred by Schedule 5 to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 shall come into operation on 1st September 1995.
Section 3
The Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1991 (Codes of Practice) ( No. 1) Order 1993 is hereby revoked.
Section 4
This Order extends to the United Kingdom.
