The Criminal Justice Act 1993 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1995
Section 2
Paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (Consequential Amendments) together with, to the extent necessary to commence that paragraph, section 79(13) of that Act, shall come into force on 14th August 1995.
Section 3
This Order extends to England and Wales only.
