Section 1

This Order may be cited as the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 16th August 1995.

Section 2

The Schedule to the European Convention on Cinematographic Co-production Order 1994 shall be amended by inserting at the appropriate places in alphabetical order the words “Federal Republic of Germany” and “Kingdom of the Netherlands”.
