Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Modification) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st September 1995.

The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Modification) Order 1995
Section 2
Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (which specifies the drugs which are subject to control under that Act) shall be amended by the omission, from paragraph 1 of Part III of that Schedule, of the word “Propylhexedrine”.
Section 3
Article 2(3)(d) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Modification) Order 1986 shall be amended by the substitution, for the words
the words “Propylhexedrine” and “Pyrovalerone”
the word “Pyrovalerone”
