Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 25th August 1995.

Section 2

The sports ground at Cellnet Riverside Stadium, Middlesbrough, Cleveland (being a sports ground which, in the opinion of the Secretary of State, has accommodation for more than 10,000 spectators) is hereby designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.

Section 3

In the Schedule to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Rugby Football Grounds) (Designation) Order 1985 , the entry in respect of The Pavilion on Arena 84, Huddersfield shall be omitted.

Section 4

In Schedule 1 to the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) Order 1986 , the entry in respect of The Stadium, Central Avenue, Billingham shall be omitted.
